1. Designed and executed statewide outreach office for the Ohio National Guard in response to 9/11 to educate and engage civilans in support of troops and their families.
2. Established and grew a surgical practice from scratch w no business or health insurance experience growing it from one to 3 surgeons in one county to three from 4-25 staff in 6 six years. First hand experience hiring Veterans.
3. Helped son survive leukemia and he is now a poster child cancer survivor.
4. Initiated the Sexual Assault Response program in 2006 in largest Air Refueling Wing in the Air National Guard nation and supported the nation's council that shaped implementation.
