Raise emotionally healthy kids even if you are still healing from your own trauma with Wanda Howard
Wanda almost lost her life to her battle with mental illness. As she struggled to put the pieces together and find healing, her biggest concern was how to help her kids when she couldn't even help herself.
She discovered a different way to parenting that healed so many of her own traumas faster than she thought possible and helped her to rise out of depression. She credits her success to truths that God has given to all of us if we simply know where to look.
She is now on a mission to help parents know how to raise emotionally healthy and confident kids without years of therapy and agonizing uncertainty from their own traumas
- battled severe depression for over two decades and won
- Created a home where all her kids feel loved, belonging, and empowered to chase their dreams
- Brought rapid healing to parents by helping them turn weaknesses to strengths.
- helped parents create their dream family environment by helping parents know the singles for when to push and when to step back

(00:12:15) But that's because of a principle that I use like the foundational principles, and that is using your traumas as your baseline instead of using them as something you need to get over, something you have to get without.
(00:16:12) Every time you interact with your kids, that helps their own healing process speed up exponentially because they're not taking this bath, just dreading getting back into the room with their kids again because they know exactly how to navigate that.
(00:25:11) Start paying attention to all of the times that you either remove your kids from the equation or yourself from the equation in order to become happy.
