Reconnect to yourself so you can deepen your connection with others with Thomas Rosenberg
Thomas L. Rosenberg MS, MBA, CIC, is Founder and Principal Somatic Leadership Development Coach at ReGenerate Coaching. He loves guiding people to grow and flourish by rediscovering what’s truly important to them. For him the shift towards rediscovering what is truly important to him occurred after suffering a traumatic brain injury in a near-fatal bicycle accident in June 2014. He realized that everybody deserves to live life authentically and share their unique gifts. Too often, people feel trapped by the expectations of others. Life's too short to not live it fully. He works with executives and peer teams to help them recognize and resolve how they get in their own way.
After their work together, his clients embody the leadership they seek to cultivate. They trust themselves, they build trust easily with others and amongst others. There is congruence between their actions and words.
The hallmark of his work is the measurable and lasting improvements his clients experience in developing executive leadership, creating people-first team culture, and eliminating burnout. These results reduce staff turnover and healthcare costs while enhancing business resilience and continuity.
A Certified Integral Coach, his approach blends both Integral Coaching and somatic work drawn from his own journey as a coach and human. To deepen his embodiment, he is currently pursuing Somatic Coaching certification through the Strozzi Institute. When he isn’t supporting individual and team clients to transform their leadership, he also enjoys tending to his garden and dancing Argentine Tango with his wife.
