How to make a positive difference in the world
I am the Founder of A Balanced Life. For over 25 years we coordinated Health & Wellness Expos for large corporations nationally, such as UPS, ESPN and GE to name a few. My current mission is to Support Seniors Living a Healthier, Happier, Better Quality of Life, Affordably! This is being done through new innovations in products and services. Some past accomplishments are served as the Chairman of the Southington, Chamber of Commerce, President of the Southington Jr Woman's Club, was an original member of the Southington Renaissance Project where we revitalized the downtown. I am a Justice of the Peace and have performed over 170 weddings.
Has brought health & Wellness to thousands of employees for over 25 years, Was a founding member of the Southington Renaissance, where together with like minded people revitalized our downtown, Past Chairman of the Board of the Southington Chamber of Commerce, was the Festival Coordinator of the 50th Southington Apple Harvest Festival which draws over 100,000 attendees over the six day event, now in it's 54th year!
